More Spring Market vendor previews

More sneak peeks today from our fabulous vendor line up for the 2013 Lucketts Spring Market (May 18 & 19).

Today, we have a few photos from juNxtaposition, Back To The Future Again Antiques and Old Stuff, and The Painted Drawer.  These ladies will be bringing jewelry, furniture, art made from found objects, and vintage finds.

Jeanne from juNxtaposition will be joining us for her first year at the Lucketts Spring Market.  juNxtaposition creates art and jewelry from things people usually throw away, with a focus on handcrafting goods from re-purposed found items.  Old typewriters, lost keys, worn silverware, outdated church hymnals and aged dictionaries are all incorporated into their jewelry and art designs!  The intention is to create a simplistic and mindful connection to a time past and add a warmth to today’s everyday living.

We'd like to welcome Laura, owner of Back To The Future Again Antiques and Old Stuff to the Spring Market.  Laura's booth will be in the Strawberry Field section at the Spring Market....and she put together this cute little vignette to celebrate!   Laura adores relics from America's past and especially "old stuff" that tells a story.  Please be sure to stop by her booth this year!

Suzanne from The Painted Drawer will be with us at the Lucketts Spring Market this year.  She is based out of North Bethesda, Maryland.  Suzanne specializes in vintage pieces that have a French farmhouse look, and uses Annie Sloan Chalk Paint to accentuate the details of her lovely pieces.

    1. Bonnie - We open the Market sign ups in January to our existing vendors. For the spaces that aren't claimed, we open the sign ups to everyone in February. We post information and a link to the sign up forms on the front page of our website, on our blog & on facebook. The contracts are then accepted on a first come, first served basis.
