Pay it Forward...

It is 4:00 pm, December 26th...

It is yukky yukky yukky outside...(but my backyard sure looks pretty)

I am still in my pajamas   (lucky!)

My job today is to sort out the heart warming replies to the Pay it Forward giveaway we ran on Miss Mustard Seed's blog last Friday...

We asked her readers to pick an item from our online store and then write a short note about why someone else deserves it.

What struck me most was how many amazing nice wonderful people there are in the world.  Not only the people being written about, but their friends and family who were kind enough to write in... I believe that even though we mostly hear about the bad stuff, that the reality is people are truly good and caring beings that look out for each other.

So, The Old Lucketts Store will do its best to grant as many as these requests as we can.  We are lucky every day that we get to do what we love with people that we care about, and we love to pay forward our good fortune.
